8 week 'Midlife Reset' nutritional therapy programme

Nutritional therapy programmes are 8 weeks long. This gives you enough time to really start feeling the beneficial effects from the changes you're making.

What to expect:

  1. An initial meeting of around 60-90 minutes where we'll discuss your health concerns and review your health questionnaire and food diary.

  2. You’ll be given small, easily manageable changes to make on a fortnightly basis. There’s no need to worry about being overwhelmed by a long list of instructions! This will also make it easier for you to incorporate new suggestions into your daily life giving you the best chance of reaping the beneficial effects of your plan.

  3. You'll be filling out a food diary - not every week, but periodically so we can follow up what's working and what's not.

  4. We'll have a fortnightly 30 minute catch up via phone call or Zoom, whichever you prefer. 

  5. Under certain circumstances, tests may be advised, for example - vitamin D or iron levels, blood sugar, cholesterol or thyroid. These are just examples and there are many more that may be useful for further investigating any underlying symptoms.

  6. A final hour long meeting where we’ll review your current health status, the benefits you've achieved and discuss any next steps.​
