Health coaching is a partnership between health practitioners and people. It guides and prompts people to change their behaviour, so they can make healthcare choices based on what matters to them. It also supports them to become more active in their health and care.

As your health coach, I work with you on a 1 to 1 basis or in a group setting.

Using coaching tools, we’ll work together to help you form a clear picture
of the kind of life you want to live and develop a solid plan to help you
I’ll accompany you throughout this journey where I’ll be your ally, helping, supporting and cheering you on, navigating the barriers that have stopped you in the past so you can take control of your own health journey from now and into your future.
